The best way is through our discord ticket support system! • Go to our discord server and click the support channel! • Read the guidelines and press the green button "Open Ticket" • Send the message in the Ticket Channel you opened • Wait until a staff member replies! When should I open a ticket? General questions like "how do I earn money?" Would be better to just ask in any public chat. "My house just got griefed" Would be a support ticket. Please make sure to provide us with as much information as you can when making a ticket! Please be patient and do not ping staff members. We will reply as soon as we have time.
